Who we are

Howami Limited (company number 14693706) is responsible for the personal information collected through this holding page.

What we collect and why

If you choose to sign up, we collect your email address, your consent choice, the date and time of sign-up, and basic delivery and security records. We use this information only to send Million Moons news and launch updates. Our legal basis is your consent.

If you make a donation, we also receive a record of that donation and the email address you gave at checkout. We use it to confirm and account for the donation.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or this mailing list closes. We may keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake.

If you make a donation, we keep the record of it for six years after the end of the financial year in which it was made, because we have to account for it.

Who helps us

We use MailerLite to manage the mailing list and send emails. Donations are taken by Stripe, who handle the payment and hold your card details; we never see or store them. We share information with service providers only where needed to operate and secure the mailing list. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and exercise any other data-protection rights that apply. Email DPO@howami.co with a privacy question.

Cookies and tracking

This page uses only the technology needed for the page and the sign-up form to work. We run no optional analytics or advertising trackers here. If any are added later, they will not run unless you have made a valid consent choice.
